Nestled between coconut palms in Phuket's stunning and exclusive Cape Panwa - Phuket Beachfront Villas is a very secluded and luxurious development that was completed in Summer 2007.

Given that Phuket is an island, it's amazing how few properties are located on the beach. There are many properties that are 'just a five minute walk to the beach' or 'a quick drive to the beach' but ours are literally on-the-beach just like our name, Phuket Beachfront Villas.

There are 4 stylish beachfront villas for you to choose from. Two of our villas have 4-bedrooms and two have 3-bedrooms which can accommodate a maximum of 9 and 7 adults respectively. All bedrooms are en-suite, furnishings are modern and glamorous. Life here is generally very easy and relax.

Each of our villas is perfectly designed for al-fresco living, beautifully appointed and cooled by gentle sea breezes. The views over the exotic Panwa's tropical bay are truly breathtaking and can be admired from every room of every villa. The black and white colour scheme reflects elegancy and calmness.

Located in Phuket's exclusive Cape Panwa, the setting is extraordinarily tranquil yet is only a 10-mins drive from the vibrant bars and restaurants of Phuket Town.

There are a multitude of activities and tour excursions here, guests may explore the gin-clear waters of our many islands by our private luxury yacht at a discounted rate. Alternatively some of Asia's finest golf courses are only a half-hour away and selections of authentic spas are close by.

Accommodation

Stunning bright and airy 2 storey villas with 282 sq meters of living space, each villa has a large patio for al-fresco living and dining and a bedroom-level balcony. Each of our villas is perfectly designed for al-fresco living, beautifully appointed and cooled by gentle sea breezes, the huge outdoor space and the large French windows create a free-flow uncluttered environment. The unobstructed panoramic views over Panwa's tropical bay are particularly breathtaking and can be admired from every room of every villa. The black and white colour scheme reflects elegancy and calmness.

Located on an elevated hill liked beachfront area and also have a magnificent green mountain behind which perfectly matches the Feng Shui scheme of an auspicious home. Each completely private villa has

master bedroom-suite with sea views, plus large feature en-suite bathroom with a specially positioned bath that looks out over the sea. Each master-suite has a 42-inch Plasma TV and DVD player and, a combination safe
2 further double bedrooms, both have sea views and en-suite bathrooms
all bathrooms are in white marble - all double-bedrooms have king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and wooden strip flooring

Villa Boda (A2) and Villa Lanta (B1) are 3 bedroom villas which sleep 6 as a standard.

Villa Maya (C5) and Villa Racha (C6) are 4 bedroom villas which sleep 8 as a standard.

Villa Boda (A2)

Villa Boda (A2) is situated on the lowest level, by the secluded beach and pool. It is suitable for families with younger children who can play outside whilst being overseen or those couple who seek the romantic time by the beachfront. The pool can be easily accessed via a front-gate at the living room balcony and so you can walk just 7 steps from your living room into the infinity pool and onwards to the beach.

The villa is a 3-bedroom villa that sleeps 6 people as standard. The 7th guest can be accommodated by adding a camp-bed or a baby cot for an infant. It also features an office/chill-out room with an office desk, wheeled leather chair, couch, free wireless internet connection and a free usage of Sony Playstation PS3 (upon request). Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, full air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The Master Suite overlooks the beach and pool, is sumptuously decorated and has a rather decadent bathroom and a bath from which you can soak-up the views. Bedroom 2 and 3 are also spacious, overlook the beach, pool and sea/mountain views. Each room has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

The western kitchen is fully equipped with trendy cooking amenities and utensils, an electric kettle, toaster, eclectic stoves, oven and microwave which provide you with the taste of comforts in your home. Flooring is in white marble and the work-tops are black granite offer a clean cooking environment. It also has crockery, cutlery, tumblers, and wine glasses, coffee cups with saucers for 8 persons, along with special children's plates and utensils.

The living room, office/chill-out room and dining room open onto the patio and which in turn open onto the infinity pool and beach offering a free breeze from the sea to flow right through the place creating a uniquely breezy beachfront ambience.

Villa Lanta (B1)

Villa Lanta (B1) is set on the second tier of the development and therefore has a higher vantage point along with having a combination of easy access to the pool/beach and slightly greater sea breeze flowing through. The views from here are stunning and being next to a green wooded area, you have a feeling of living in an exotic tropical paradise.

There are 3 double bedrooms in Villa Lanta (B1) and so up to 6 adults may be accommodated or, 7 by adding the camp-bed or a baby cot for an infant. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a king-sized bed, full air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The Master Suite overlooks the bay and its islands, is tastefully decorated and has a spacious bathroom with a rather relaxing bath from which you can easily slipped into the bubbles and enjoy the views. Bedroom 2 and 3 are spacious and has beautiful views over Panwa Bay. All 3 bedrooms open onto the balcony overlooking the stunning sea and mountain views via large French windows, making opening up your eyes in the morning a rather dreamy one.

The western kitchen has everything you may need, weather be for cooking breakfast or dinner, it is almost a pleasure to be in. It also has crockery, cutlery, tumblers, and wine glasses, coffee cups with saucers for 8 persons, along with special children's plates and utensils. The dining table seats 6 persons comfortably or you may decide to eat outside tasting an exclusive, oceanic atmosphere.

A free access to wireless broadband internet connection available in the office makes it convenience for those who need to stay in touch with business and friends.

Villa Maya (C5)

Villa Maya (C5) is set on the third tier of the development and therefore benefits from more cooling breezes by virtue of its height. Villa Maya (C5) and Villa Racha (C6) are next door to each other and so parties of over 18 guests can comfortably be accommodated as neighbours.

There are 4 bedrooms in Villa Maya (C5) and so 8 guests can be accommodated or, 9 by adding a camp bed or a baby cot for an infant. The Master suite is beautifully appointed and affords rare views over Lone Island and stunning Panwa Bay.

You can watch movies in bed whilst being cooled by the sea breezes. It's very therapeutic (and easy) to fall asleep to the sound of breaking waves and that could be the only sound you will hear at night. Or have slip into the bubble bath in a sumptuous tub from which you can enjoy the views or watch TV. Bedroom 2 and 3 have its own panoramic views over the bay. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and a bathroom, it also has its own sea and mountain views. The modern kitchen with built-in cupboards has all the cooking appliances you are used to at home, Dining set, tumblers and wine glasses for 8 persons with special children's plates and utensils, making it easy for you to fix a meal and enjoy eating in.

Villa Racha (C6)

Villa Racha (C6) is set on the third tier of the development and is next door to Villa Maya (C5) so larger parties of more than 9 persons can be neighbours. Here you have easy access to the car-park and, being higher up, it offers slightly wider views and can capture cooler sea breezes than the villas in the lower level. Villa Racha (C6) is a 4-bedroom villa that can sleep up to 9 guests by adding a camp bed or a baby cot for an infant. The Master bedroom is large, light and airy and, has fantastic views over the bay and its islands.

The Master bathroom is spacious and features a bath tub from where you can admire the sea-views through its windows. Bedroom 2 and 3 have its own panoramic views over the bay. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and a bathroom, it also has its own fabulous sea and mountain views. A wireless internet connection is available in the villa free of charge.

The western kitchen with spacious work top, is fully equipped with built-in cupboards, all utensils and cooking amenities you may need, along with dining set and special children's plates and utensils. And tumblers and wine glasses for 8 persons.
