Set upon the secluded shoreline of Nakalay Bay, the Thavorn Beach Village and Spa offers an amazing environment sure to provide an unforgettable experience. From the top of coastal hillside, the resort cascades down through tropical gardens and forest before rolling out on the shoreline of the Andaman Sea.

Our gardens are home to many native birds which can be heard singing throughout the village all day, providing a beautiful backdrop while guests enjoy a swim in our pool, one of the largest in South East Asia, or relax at our spa or one of the many outside bars and open space restaurants.
 
It is impossible not to be taken in by the serenity and peaceful nature of this truly amazing location. The theme of tradition flows through all 25 acres of the property, with the gardens and buildings decorated with elaborate ornamental sculptures and statues that capture the mythology of the island, as well as one of Phuket’s most impressive orchard gardens. Our pool is sure to impress, with its sprawling expanse of crystal clear water, sculpted to follow the natural curves of the land. The many trees and gardens adorn the paths between all of our buildings before rolling out at the sandy shoreline of one of the area’s most secluded beaches.

Accommodation

At the Thavorn Beach Village we offer a range of accommodation options, so that you can tailor your stay to suit your own personal preferences. We offer three types of villas offering either impressive views or convenient pool access. Our villas are spaciously laid out, adorned with traditional teakwood furniture and finishing’s and provide the convenience of a private terrace or balcony. For a simpler stay you may like to choose one of our beach and garden bungalows where the water is always only a short walk away.

Ocean View Villa

The Ocean View Villas are situated along the side of the hills that encompass the grounds of the Thavorn Beach Village. Accessible by a convenient cable car, the villas climb to three different levels, surrounded by tree tops and offering beautiful panoramic views of our tropical gardens and the surrounding coastline.

On a clear day you can see all the way to the famous Buddha statue and by night the lights of Patong. All of our Ocean View Villas provide the convenience of a private terrace and Jacuzzi to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of 
the natural environment. Our Ocean View Villas are furnished and finished with traditional teak wood creating a traditional vibe throughout. Whilst enjoying 
the views from a sundeck on the terrace it is impossible not to feel peaceful and relaxed.

Ocean View Suites

The Ocean View Suite provides the perfect mix of luxury and nature, with a spacious layout delivering the upmost in comfort. The Suite consists of a split level dining/living area and a large separate bedroom, containing a king size bed and comfortable seating area.  The beautifully finished bathroom contains separate bath and shower facilities.

All of the rooms are decorated with traditional Colonial Thai style, containing custom teak fittings and furniture, creating a peaceful ambience throughout the rooms and flowing out onto the balcony where you can enjoy the convenience of lounge chairs, an outdoor table and a private Jacuzzi. 
The suites are the perfect escape offering the upmost in privacy and comfort. Enjoy the breath taking view that stretches over the resort and beyond to 
the mountainous coastline and out to sea for the evening sunset.

Poolside Villa

From the first floor Poolside Villas our guests can enjoy a view through the trees and gardens, across the pools and on towards the beach, certainly a view of paradise. The Poolside Villas provides the up most in comfort and convenience with easy access to the pool, as well as all of our restaurant and bar facilities and are located only a few minutes walk from the beach.

The view from the first floor balcony is impressive at any time, perched amongst the flowering trees in the gardens and overlooking our beautiful pool. By day enjoy the sound and sights of birds and butterflies and by night enjoy the tranquil setting provided by the dim lighting of our gardens, pools and paths. 

Pool Terrace Villa

Imagine having one of the worlds biggest outdoor pools only a few steps from your hotel room! The Pool Terrace Villa at Thavorn Beach Village provides exactly that, with direct pool access from your own private terrace. Along with the comfort and convenience of deck chairs, the terrace opens through a small gate directly into our beautiful pool.

Each terrace is situated amongst the flowers and leaves of the plants that line our tropical poolside and are separated by dividing walls to ensure peace and privacy. These rooms also provide comfort and convenience, fully furnished with teakwood and with easy access to the bars and restaurants with only a short walk to the beach. From the Pool Terrace Villa, it is only a short swim to our in-ground Crocodile Bar where you can enjoy a drink while sitting on underwater bar stools!

Our Seaview & Garden Bungalows offer a simpler option, while still providing easy access to all the great facilities of The Thavorn Beach Village. The bungalows are located amidst the beautiful gardens of orchards and all are only a short walk from one of the most secluded beaches in Phuket. The bungalows are fitted with all the basic amenities and finished in comfortable, traditional styling. Every bungalow has a seated terrace with outdoor table for you to enjoy the beautiful nature located right outside your door. Every bungalow is only a short walk from the warm waters of the Andaman Sea. 

Seaview Bungalows
These bungalows are located only a stones throw away from the clear blue waters of our beautiful, secluded beach. The Seaview Bungalow offers beautiful seaside views where you can watch the tides as they come and go, with a backdrop setting of the coastline and seaside mountains. At the end of the day why not enjoy a drink on your terrace and soak up the serenity of the setting sun?  The Sea View Bungalow offers simple amenities with a single room and en-suite bathroom.
 
Garden View Bungalows
The Garden Bungalows are located amidst our beautifully designed and maintained tropical gardens where the theme of tradition and nature truly comes alive. Here you can enjoy a bungalow situated amidst our wandering paths that pass through the beautiful flowering plants and ornamental sculptures and statues. Yashi Teppanyaki
Our signature restaurant the Yashi Teppanyaki offers an impressive menu of dishes straight from the land of the rising sun. The restaurant is set in an open air environment with a high ceiling and verandahs to ensure a peaceful and relaxed experience. From the tables our guests can enjoy all the views of the pool and gardens and the open sea. The menu has a vast array of items to choose from and the open kitchen allows you to watch our chef at work as he prepares the meals. The Yashi Teppanyaki embraces Japanese tradition down to the finest detail including origami folded napkins.
 
Marisa Terrace
Taking its name from the mythology of Nakalay Bay, the Marisa Restaurant is located in an open air setting and provides a selection of international cuisine. Enjoy food and drinks poolside amongst the lush gardens and the gentle sound of our in pool waterfalls. If travelling from abroad, the Marisa restaurant is a good way to experience a meal with a difference or perhaps even a taste of home.
 
Bars and Lounges
The crocodile Pool Bar offers a completely unique experience with in pool food and drinks service provided at our in-ground bar complete with underwater bar stools. Swim up anytime for a refreshing drink or snacks and enjoy the cool ambient beats from our surround sound audio system. The Crocodile Pool Bar offers service from both sides with chairs and tables located on our seaside patio. Enjoy the beats and soak up the atmosphere.
At night you can enjoy a drink and find space to dance to a selection of international music, provided by our own resident band at The Village Club in the open air setting at the beautiful wooden decking upstairs near reception. The Village Club is a chilled out place to meet and have a drink and is open nightly until 12p.m
